- What is the cut-off for same-day delivery?
- Files received early in the morning and within the daily page cap are normally returned the same evening. Later submissions are returned the next morning.
- How is the priority surcharge calculated?
- It is a percentage uplift on the standard page rate for the document type, confirmed in writing before we start.
- Does urgent work receive less review?
- No. Urgent files pass the same two review rounds. We control quality by capping how many urgent pages we accept per day rather than by shortening the process.
