For marriage in United States, check the receiving authority’s requirements first. Prepare Thai civil documents, translate and legalize them as required, and confirm whether embassy attestation is needed. Thai-issued Apostilles are not yet available; Thailand’s accession is scheduled to enter into force on 28 February 2027. After registration at County Clerk (แต่ละมลรัฐต่างกัน), check the Thai district office’s process for recording family status.

นำ Marriage Certificate ปลายทาง → แปลไทย → รับรองสถานทูตไทยปลายทาง หรือ MFA ไทย → ยื่นบันทึกฐานะแห่งครอบครัว (คร.22) ที่อำเภอ/เขตในไทย
