- Both. The original must pass DOPA first for Thai civil records — iLC arranges this (government fees at the authority’s current rate).
- How fast is Express MFA?

- MFA primarily seals English translations. Other languages (CN/JP) need MFA-registered translators (+(fees: ask our team for a quote).
- Does the MFA seal expire?
- No, but destination embassies typically want it within 6 months.
