- Can you notarise TR14/1 (online-issued) copies?
- The attorney can certify 'copy sighted', but some receiving authorities (notably DHA AU) demand district-issued paper. Verify per destination.
- Very old marriage certificate (>20 years)?
- Yes — as long as the original is legible. If faded, request a district reissue (THB 50, ~15 minutes).
- Name-change certificates (Cho.3, Cho.5)?
